Whistleblower systems enable whistleblowers to report breaches within the company anonymously and without penalty, with investigations and legal consequences for the offenders following a report.The Frankfurt advertising agency Herr Schmidt developed the print campaign, which, like the accompanying measures, is aimed at the management board and decision-makers at banks. The focus is on the promise that bank management is not just a passenger in the process, even in the event of a report, but that it also holds the reins when it comes to outsourcing the whistleblower system.“From home office to home victory” was the motto when herr schmidt created a special employee event for DZ Compliance Partner 2020.While almost everyone has either canceled their events without replacement or replaced them with online conferences, our customer DZ Compliance Partner approached us with the question of what else is possible in times of working from home to strengthen cooperation.The result was two surprise packages, an engaging campaign involving all employees and, last but not least, an emotional, personal film and overwhelming, positive feedback from the employees. And the knowledge that it only takes small things to make a big difference.
